How much cash can you take to Philippines?
There is no cap on what you may carry into Philippines. At USD 10,000 or more you must tell customs, which is free and takes a few minutes. The same figure applies leaving.

Applies per person. Each traveller has their own figure. That does not make splitting a large sum across a group to avoid the threshold lawful — several countries treat that as an offence in its own right.

The rule in Philippines, in full
Foreign currency: USD 10,000 or more (or equivalent) must be declared on entry and exit. Per traveller. Philippine peso (PHP): residents may take out up to PHP 50,000; non-residents up to the amount brought in and declared on entry. Non-declaration of foreign currency exceeding USD 10,000 is a criminal offence under Republic Act 9160.
