How much cash can you take to Pakistan?
There is no cap on what you may carry into Pakistan. At USD 10,000 or more you must tell customs, which is free and takes a few minutes. The same figure applies leaving.

Applies per person. Each traveller has their own figure. That does not make splitting a large sum across a group to avoid the threshold lawful — several countries treat that as an offence in its own right.
Pakistani rupees are capped at PKR 10,000 out of the country, whatever your foreign currency position.

The rule in Pakistan, in full
Foreign currency: must declare on arrival if bringing in more than USD 10,000 (or equivalent). On departure, may take out up to the amount declared on arrival or up to USD 10,000 without declaration. Pakistani rupees (PKR): maximum PKR 10,000 may be carried out of Pakistan; amounts above are prohibited. Per traveller.
