Prohibited Items & Safety Policy
To protect our community and comply with international aviation laws, the following items must never be transported via Airlo.
Zero Tolerance Policy & Customs Liability
Airlo is a platform, not a carrier. The traveler assumes full legal liability for everything in their luggage. Both senders and travelers are subject to aviation security laws (TSA, IATA) and customs regulations of departure and destination countries. Violations result in permanent bans and cooperation with law enforcement.
The Open-Box Mandate
Senders: Items must be provided unsealed. Travelers will inspect everything before accepting. Travelers: You have the absolute right to inspect every item and reject anything that makes you uncomfortable or violates this policy.
