How to read the verdicts
Allowed means the item is generally fine under international norms. Conditions means it's allowed with limits — quantity caps, packaging rules, or airline-by-airline approval — so read the note. Not allowed means it's banned outright in that context.
The “send with a traveler” column is the one you won't find on airline sites: it combines flight rules with customs and import sensitivity, because a traveler carrying your item crosses a border with it and must be able to account for what they're carrying.
