Packing list generator

Business trip packing list

Short business trips are the easiest case to get right and the most commonly overpacked. Two or three days is a fixed list, and the only real variables are how many shirts and whether the destination's plug and voltage match what you are carrying. Everything else is the same every time, which is exactly what a generated list is for.

The one thing worth being careful about is the bag going in the hold. A laptop and its battery belong in the cabin, and so does anything you cannot afford to arrive without — a checked bag that misses the connection is a meeting missed, not an inconvenience.

What this trip type changes

Shirt count follows the trip, not a guess

One per day up to a sensible ceiling, halved if there is a wash. Suits and jackets stay at one — nobody packs two for four days.

Chargers and the right adapter

The destination decides the plug and the voltage. Our adapter checker owns those figures; this list just makes sure the adapter is on it.

Laptop, documents and medication ride in the cabin

Not a rule so much as arithmetic: anything the trip fails without does not go in a bag you cannot see.

Build the list

Already set up for this kind of trip. Add where you are going and your dates — those are the two things we will not guess.
